The polished finish on our saw plates is second-to-none, this results in reduced friction and guide wear. We won’t deliver you new saw blades full of hammer and roll tension marks!
During production, the tooth of every OPTECO SILVER 470 SERIES saw blade is cut on our in-house precision laser cutter, (not punched from an indexing device). This ensures that the tooth pitch is exactly uniform which will substantially reduce the initial ‘grind- in’ time on your Goldsmith sharpener, and loss of your blade diameter.
