We know the demands of high production Spindle Moulder and Coastal Planer operations. SPLITMAXX 789 SERIES are produced from our renowned MICRO-2 saw steel which is precision heat treated and multi cross-rolled.
These processes ensure that the blade tension is exceptionally uniform, consistently stable and flat and you will achieve excellent reliability and stability in high feed rate applications.
XPL Surface Treated Rim is used in demanding environments for reducing surface bind up.
Tapered precision ground hollow face planers provide a virtual planed finish.
All OPTECO SPLITMAXX 789 SERIES saw blades are produced to client specifications. We manufacture from 180mm through to 370mm.
