Application: Custom - Timber saw blades for use in high-production multi-rip saw machines processing seasoned hardwood and softwood, these blades are suitable for straight-line ripping, timber dimensioning, board production and converting kiln-dried lumber in sawmills, timber-processing plants and joinery operations, and are engineered with optimised tooth geometry, integrated chip limiters, high-quality carbide tips and precision-tensioned saw plates to control cutting depth and material feed, improve operational safety and chip clearance, and deliver fast, accurate cutting with the grain, high production output, clean and consistent cuts, reduced timber waste, minimal heat build-up and blade deviation, stable performance during continuous operation, extended durability and longer cutting life in gang-saw and multi-blade configurations.
